🤷 Why Some Shirts Ship from the U.S.

At Bitter Cotton, we’re proudly Canadian 🇨🇦 — built for smart mouths up north who want tees that actually hit. And we care a lot about what you wear — the fit, the feel, the weight, the attitude.

But here’s the truth: some of the best blank tees just aren’t available to ship from within Canada (yep, fashion supply chain, we’re talking about you). Add in a tangled mess of logistics, trade rules, and cross-border fees, and it’s… complicated.

So here’s the deal:

• Some of our shirts ship from Canada — no duties, no surprise fees, just straight-up good vibes.

• Others ship from the U.S. because the fabric, cut, or vibe was too good to leave behind. For those, Canadian customers might see additional taxes, duties, or import fees. We know, it sucks — we hate it too.

🚩 We’ll always flag which is which so you’re never caught off guard.
