1. Made-to-Order Products

   All of our products are printed and fulfilled on demand. Once an order is placed, it goes into production right away. This means we cannot offer order cancellations, changes, or returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Returns & Refunds

   Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective. If your item is damaged or misprinted, please contact us at info@bittercotton.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. For full shipping details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

   All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Bitter Cotton. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
