Refund policy

All our shirts are made just for you — literally.
That means we don’t keep piles of inventory or mass-produce stock. Every shirt is printed on demand, which helps reduce waste and keep things fresh. But it also means we can’t accept returns or offer refunds if you order the wrong size, change your mind, or realize your ex has the same shirt.

No Returns or Exchanges (Unless It’s Our Fault)
Because everything is made to order, we don’t do returns or size swaps. Please check our size guides carefully before buying — we want you to get it right the first time.

Damaged or Defective? We’ve Got You
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong — reach out within 7 days of receiving it. Send us a pic at info@bittercotton.com and we’ll sort it.

Shipping from the U.S.?
Some of our best blanks come from south of the border. We’ll always flag which ones might ship from the U.S., but heads up — duties or fees aren’t refundable.
