Shipping policy

Every shirt is made to order, just for you. We don’t keep inventory — it’s part of what makes Bitter Cotton special. Once you place an order, it goes into production, which usually takes 2–5 business days before it ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada & U.S.: 5–10 business days after production

• International: 7–21 business days depending on location

Please note: These are estimates and may vary during busy seasons, customs delays, or shipping disruptions. 

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Customers, Duties & Taxes
Some products may ship from the U.S. or other countries, and customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delivery duties applied by their country.

Lost of Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, email us at info@bittercotton.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we can’t re-ship or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses unless the item is returned to us.
